Receive an offer and sign the contract

Project development

After the contract is signed, the project team begins the detailed planning of the wind project. This includes the precise design and optimization of turbine locations and the required infrastructure, commissioning and coordination of all environmental and nature conservation studies, development of a financing concept, and the involvement of relevant stakeholders such as municipalities and the public.

Approval application and procedure, tenders

We take care of all the necessary permits for the wind energy project as well as the early planning for marketing the green electricity produced. This includes preparing and submitting the permit application in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG), managing the entire approval process and incorporating feedback from the authorities, and participating in a tender for wind energy by the Federal Network Agency to secure the feed-in tariff—or alternatively, arranging direct marketing of the generated green electricity.

Assembly and construction

We will, of course, support the entire process of assembling and constructing the wind farm. This includes building the necessary infrastructure, such as access roads and turbine foundations, installing the wind turbines, and connecting the wind farm to the public power grid.

Maintenance and operation

Throughout the entire lifetime of the wind farm, we are your reliable partner and take care of all aspects of operational management. This includes both technical and commercial operations, continuous monitoring and optimization of the wind farm’s performance, and the marketing of the generated electricity.

Continued operation, dismantling or repowering

Based on the condition and the prevailing circumstances at the end of a wind farm’s lifetime, we decide on the next steps. These may include continuing to operate the wind turbines until they reach their maximum service life, dismantling and recycling the turbines—including their foundations—and restoring the site to its original state, or replacing the old turbines with new, more powerful ones (repowering).
